My work with Play Orbit Studio gave me the opportunity to create a storyboard illustrating the experience of three different audience types attending a live performance in a theater. This design artifact was used to develop empathy for people interacting with fixed seating venues and call out salient moments.

This graphic illustrates the hectic work life of the modern, coordinated-care clinician especially after the burden of entering data into electronic medical records (EMRs) were added to their responsibilities.
The image also shows that a typical patient has an episodic relationship with clinicians and large portions of their healthcare journey are ‘unseen’ or ‘un-monitored.’
The illustration was embedded in a Steelcase Health Applied Research Department presentation.
A Steelcase Health project team asked me to create a variety of graphics for various screens and walls to flesh out a room build that prototypes a certain aspect of the future of healthcare delivery.
These graphics were for large wall-mounted touchscreens. The upper portion is for adults to interact with, the bottom portion is for children.
Other graphic assets for this project are confidential.
